The United States of America are a federal constitutional republic comprising fifty states and federal districts. Washington D.C. is the capital district of The United States.
The United States stretch from the Pacific Ocean on the west to the Atlantic Ocean on the east, with the Gulf of Mexico to the southeast. It is bordered by Canada on the North and Mexico on the south.
Canada
Canada is a country occupying most of northern North America, extending from the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Pacific Ocean in the west and northward into the Arctic Ocean. It is world's second largest country by total area, and shares land borders with the United States to the south and northwest. A federation comprising of ten provinces and three territories, Canada is a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy, with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state. Official languages are English and French.
Messico
The United Mexican States, commonly known as Mexico, is a federal constitutional republic in North America. Mexico consists of 31 states and one federal district. The capital is Mexico City, whose metropolitan area is one of the world's most populous. Mexico lies between the United State of America in the north, and Guatemala and Belize in the south. The climate ranges from tropical to desert, and the terrain consists of coastal lowlands, central high plateaus, and mountains of up to 18,000 feet.
Antille olandesi
Saint Martin is an tropical island in the northeast Caribbean. The island is split between France and the Netherlands Antilles. The southern Dutch half is known as Sint Maarten and the northern France half as Saint Martin. Although this island is owned by two countries, there is no real borderline. The main towns are Philipsburg (Dutch side) and Marigot (France side).
Santa Lucia
Saint Lucia is an island nation of British Commonwealth country. The island is located in eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Lucia is a volcanic island with more mountains than many others Caribbean islands. The twin Piton(Gros Piton and Petit Piton) form the island's famous landmark.
Guadalupa
Guadeloupe is a group of islands in the eastern Cariebbean Sea. It is overseas department of France. As part of France, Guadeloupe is part of the European Union. Guadeloupe comprise five islands: Basse-Terre Island, Grande-Terre, La Désirade, Les Saintes and Maria Galante. The prefecture of Guadeloupe is Basse-Terre.
Porto Rico
Puerto Rico is a Caribbean island that is a self-governing commonwealth of the United States of America. It is located in the northeastern Caribbean, east of Dominican Republic and west of the Virgin islands. Puerto Rico consist of the main island Puerto Rico and various smaller islands as Vieques and Culebra.
Panama
Panama is country in Central America. Situated on an isthmus conecting North and South America. It controls the Panama Canal that links the North Atlantic Ocean via Caribbean Sea with North Pacific Ocean, one of the most important shipping routes in the world.
Martinica
Martinique is an island in the eastern Caribbean Sea. It is overseas department of France. As part of France, Martinique is part of European Union, and its currency is the Euro. In south part of the island are many beaches with a lot of tourist. In the north is rain forest and the black sand beaches.
Barbados
Barbados is an independent Continental Island-nation. It is situated in the Caribbean Sea, notheast of Venezuela. In the parish of Saint Michael lies Barbados capital and main city Bridgetown. The name of "Barbabos" comes from a Portuguesse explorer named Pedro Campos, who originally called the island Los Barbados("The Bearded Ones"), after appearance of the island's fig trees.
Repubblica Dominicana
The Dominican Republic is a Caribbean country located on eastern part of the island of Hispaniola. The western third of the island Hispaniola is occupied by the country of Haiti. The country's capital and greatest metropolitan area, Santo Domingo, is located on southern coast. There are many offshore islands and cays that are part of the Dominican territory.
Giamaica
Jamaica is an island nation situated in the Caribbean Sea, located to the south of Cuba and to the west of the island of Hispaniola. Formerly a Spanish possession known as Santiago, it later become the British Crown colony of Jamaica. The capital city of Jamaica is Kingston.
